Polymer80 PF940C Jig Kit for PF940C Frame Blanks
Polymer80’s popular jigs are back! The PF940C 80% Jig Kit provides the guides and bits necessary for cutting and drilling the original PF940C (GLOCK® 19-compatible) 80% frame.
You’ll need this jig to cut and drill your P80 frame blank, making it ready for assembly with a GLOCK 19 Build Kit.
The jig is made from a tough fiber-nylon composite, which allows you to use it to complete up to three frames.
The Polymer80 PF940C Jig includes:
- (1) two-sided jig
- (1) 3mm drill bit
- (1) 4mm drill bit

The Polymer80 Frame Jig includes the bits required for drilling your parts kit’s pin holes. You will need other tools (sold separately) to drill the pin holes, trim and sand the slide rails, and cut the barrel seat.
- Handheld Dremel
- Drill Press or Hand Drill
- Carbide Burr Dremel Bits
- Hand Files or Sandpaper
“Does this jig work with other 80% frames?”
No. The PF940C Jig only works with the original PF940C 80% frame and the updated PF940C “ATF Compliant/Bridge” 80% Frame. Due to physical diferences in frame sizes, other P80 frames are not compatible with this jig.
