RESTRICTED ORDERS

New gun laws are frequently enacted. While we work to keep our terms and conditions current, it’s essential to know and understand the laws governing firearm sales, transport, and ownership in your state. Orders that cannot be fulfilled due to legal restrictions may be subject to automatic cancellation and a 10% restocking fee.

Customer Loyalty Program

We appreciate our loyal customers! If you’ve spent over $1,000 with us, you qualify for free returns on new, unopened items, even beyond 30 days. Qualifying customers won’t incur a restocking fee or return shipping cost.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout. We aim to ship all orders the same or next business day for in-stock items(Within 24-48hours after Payment is received and Confirmed). All orders are shipped in discreet packaging.

Returning Defective Items

We want you to have a positive experience with us. If you receive a defective, broken, or deficient item, please contact us to start the return process, and we’ll work to resolve the issue.

Returning an 80% Lower Receiver

Occasionally, 80% lower receivers may have manufacturing defects. If you find a defect, please do not attempt machining. Contact us first, as a partially machined lower may be considered a firearm under the Gun Control Act of 1968. Returns cannot be accepted on items classified as firearms, but this does not mean we can’t assist. Read on:

Partial or Completed 80% Lower Returns

If a lower receiver is defective through no fault of your own, please contact us before any further machining. We may ask for photos to confirm the defect. If approved for return, we will guide you on how to return it legally and safely. Remember, partially machined or completed lowers may require destruction (such as cutting the lower in half) to ensure compliance and safety.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Canceling an Order

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We work quickly to process orders, so canceled orders may incur a 10% restocking fee. Contacting us sooner increases the likelihood of waiving the fee.Refunds

Refunds are processed within two business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, and we’ll email a receipt for your records. Refunds may take 3–5 business days to appear in your account.
